Nice stay Positive: Apartment can be definitely rented by larger group of people, but they definitely have to know each other and to be ok with sharing room and bed space, as living room has 2 double beds and 1 foldable couch, aka 2x3 and in the bedroom it's 1double bed and foldable armchair, aka 1+2. We were 3, 1single and 1 couple and was fine, each had space(room). There are doors both the room and the living room, separated from the kitchen and main entrance. Supermarket across the street, working past midnight, super convenient. In Finland, no alcohol is sold between 9pm and 9am in stores, even beers- fyi for all interested . Kitchen is very well equipped, bathroom has washing machine and hairdryer. True and full 30 min walk from Helsinki cathedral, but has convenient public transport and nearby traditional and non traditional restaurants. We used Google maps to get by. The main street is a bit noisy, but with ear plugs, or closed windows, man can sleep like a baby. Open the kitchen windows and doors to rooms you have quiet air coming in. No AC, but all months except July that's not an issue, outside is getting cold at night. Negative: Only one trash bin in the whole house. Only 1 big towel per person- no small individual towels or foot towel. One was hanged for all in the bathroom, for people that don't share it is awkward. Not enough hooks, if more than 3-4 ppl are staying over. In the living room, there are no usable racks or hangers for ppl sleeping there. No towel for the kitchen- Only paper ones, which I guess is a variant. Only one pillow and blanket per person, no extras. The blankets were for colder season, definitely not summer. Personal note: Recycling is available for the building, but no bins for it in the house. Could be a nice touch. Dried out dying plants- whoever is cleaning the apartment is surely not watering all the plants (4pots), which is supersad. We watered them while we were there and put them closer to light, I hope they won't die this year due to no care.

Roomy place in an excellent location. Positive: Lots of room, great location, very accommodating hosts. Negative: In the heatwave it was hot and stuffy.
